The Well by Cigna is an online source for Cigna clients to find a variety of helpful resources to engage employees with their health and maintain a culture of well-being in their organization. Secondary initiative was to promote the Well-Being Award Program held by Cigna and a yearly campaign push to attract attention and generate interest, enthusiasm and participation in the Cigna Well-Being Awards. Proposal objective was to improve the overall current site utilization and increase user engagement. By optimizing the site and streamlining the overall application process, we succeeded in the promotion of the Well-Being Award Program to a more scalable online experience that would support the program’s continued expansion. New materials and strengthened presence on The Well by Cigna microsite, inspired clients to get in the game.

The approved concept of the experience conveyed that this initiative is more than a wellness program. It’s a community well of thought leadership – a business philosophy of success that far exceeds any one individual or organization. It generated the enthusiasm of Cigna clients in sharing about their program, their commitment and the results that came out of it. Workplace cultures were changed one program at a time and shared by doing well(ness), together.
