Cigna Awareness Videos – Preventive Care


Objective was to create a series of videos that would deliver information key to customers’ overall health improvement in an easy and relatable way. Topics covered were the understanding and ease of accessing preventive care, the use of common language to understand health plans, how to get started with a plan, making the most of pharmacy benefits and finally, staying healthy and knowing where to go for help.

Strategy of each of these videos was to portray an average, relatable person sharing information about health improvement. Not a professional – someone similar to ourselves who wants to pass on some important information that they have learned. The cast was to be approachable. Someone similar to a mother, a neighbor, a friend offering you advice and assistance.

Approved concept was “Word on the Street”. Three unique videos were produced at various locations. The setting consisted of a street reporter approaching random individuals and inquiring about their health plan.
