Soft launch and grand opening communication
Proposal was structured with the objective to drive awareness and excitement around the launch of Cigna’s internal IT brick and mortar solution, the IT&me Technology Solution Zone, in the Denver, CO office.
Objective was to educate employees about the services available through the IT&me Technology Solution Zone and where they can find them. At the same time create excitement about the event, participation in the soft launch and grand opening of the IT&me Technology Solution Zone. This completed initiative would have to sustain momentum and engagement following the launch.
Messaging core was focused around how technology issues can cause employees frustration. We wanted our target audience to feel they have the resources available to help them address issues when they arise. Through face to face, personal support with expert IT resources, IT&me Technology Solution Zone can help employees troubleshoot and overcome challenges with their Cigna-issued hardware, software, peripherals so they can get back to their day to day activities quickly.
Concept to convey that the Technology Solution Zone is a more personal, more immediate and more convenient way to get IT support. I.T. support just got personal. We’ve had an online relationship for a while, but it’s time we met in real life. Let’s go to the next level and see where it leads.
The Denver office is organized into “neighborhoods” by department. Approved concepts introduced the Technology Solution Zone as a new neighbor moving in. Tactics amplify the local, in-person nature of IT&me support.
