Praxair has taken something as fundamental as air and turned it into ways to make plants operate cleaner and more productively, food taste better, breathing easier and manufacturing processes more efficient – in short, to make all our lives better. They provide industrial gases, surface coatings, equipment and services that serve many different industries and uses.

Praxair was looking for a few things in their medical benefits, but cost and trend management are high on the list. They are looking for transparency with their vendor as it pertains to cost containment charges and client management. They were also looking to improve the overall engagement of their employee population in their health benefits.

Cigna mirrors the Praxair description for their employees – innovative, flexible, committed and ambitious. This made Cigna the right fit to partner with Praxair to help move their medical benefits forward, and improve the health of their employees, while defending their total medical cost spend.

Objective was to develop a memorable concept and leave-behind that reinforces why Praxair should partner with Cigna as its health care carrier in an innovative, flexible and committed presentation.
