Cigna Medical Group (CMG) provides a wide range of health services and specialty care with a unique, personalized approach for Cigna customers and their families. These services are provided at multiple CMG locations in Maricopa County, the Phoenix, AZ metro where only Cigna customers can utilize a large range of integrated, in-network, health care services at one location, including primary care offices, urgent care centers, pharmacies, advanced imaging, diagnostic services, and coordinated health care in real time.

Primary objective was to recognize CMG’s growth goals, doubling their current membership by adding over 33,000 new patients by 2020. To reach these goals, CMG refreshed their content/messaging strategy, optimized and redesigned the CMG website and identified new opportunities to grow membership with Cigna members in Maricopa County, AZ.

Secondary objective was to build a strong, broad awareness campaign to generate excitement in the local community - highlighting CMG high-touch, one-stop differentiation, including but not limited to Pediatrics, Specialty Care, Urgent Care, Pharmacy (RX) and Diabetes. This continued brand awareness will also foster additional local opportunities like community events.

The designing, developing and implementing of the corporate website for Cigna Medical Group, Arizona helped expand market share and increased profitable revenues in the Arizona market by a 600% increase in web traffic.
